facility – worldpay.
Is it possible to amend my order?
We will always try our best to accommodate any changes to your order,
however, we endevour to get your parcel sent out the same day and therefore
sometimes, it might not be possible. We recommend you call us as soon
as possible with any changes to your order.
I would prefer not to shop online and cant get into store…
We are happy to take orders over the phone for you, 7 days a week, between 10am-5pm. Call us on 01535 640303 with your order, we will take a secure card payment over the phone and send out as we would an internet order.

Up to £25 3-5 working day: £3.99 1-2 working day: £5.99
£25.01-£50 3-5 working day: £5.99 1-2 working day: £7.99
£50.01+ 3-5 working day: FREE 1-2 working day: £4.99

1-2 working days: £25
When will I receive my order
Orders placed before 3.30pm will be dispatched the same day via your chosen delivery method. Any orders placed after this time, will be dispatched the next working day.
Depending on your chosen delivery method, please allow either 3-5 working days, or 1-2 working days for the arrival of your parcel.
All our parcels are fully tracked, should you require an update on the status of your parcel, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be in touch as soon as possible.
Please note: If an order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank holiday your parcel will be dispatched on the next working day.
Do you deliver to Europe?
Yes. We send our parcels fully tracked 3-7 working day delivery for £13.00.
If you wish us to send your delivery to Europe, please enter ‘Delivery charge’ into the search bar. Add this to your basket and select ‘Pick up in store (FREE)’ at the checkout process.
Please email email@example.com if you require 1-2 working day delivery. The charge for this is £25.00
Due to the nature of our business, unfortunately if you change your mind,
we will not be able to offer any refunds. If you feel a product you received is
faulty in any way, please get in touch as soon as possible and we will
resolve the issue where necessary.
